6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
